At RASRY, we are committed to providing a variety of products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, this policy explains how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.

Returns & Eligibility

All returns must be made at the time of delivery by handing the product back to the delivery person.
Inspect your order in front of the delivery person before accepting. Once the delivery person leaves, returns will not be accepted.
Product must be unused and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Any free promotional items included with the product must also be returned.
Delivery charges, COD convenience charges, and shipping fees are nonrefundable, even if you choose to return the product.

Reasons for Return & Replacement

Returns are accepted for:

Damaged or defective product
Wrong product delivered
Product not as described
Size or color mismatch for clothing or other items

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
Payment is refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
COD orders are refunded only if any prepaid amount exists
Shipping and convenience charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled during the confirmation call before shipment
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
COD orders may not be refunded if payment was not collected

Provide photos or proof if requested
RASRY will arrange for replacement or refund after verification
